BROWN, Robert Wilson
Born in Vallejo on April 20, 1932, and passed peacefully with his family by his side on July 15, 2009. Bob is survived by his loving wife of nearly 30 years Shirley; sister Mary (Gus) DeCavarlho; daughters Carole Jones, Lorene Fuhs (Robbie); sons Keith Burgoon (Sandy), Dave Brown, and Mike Brown (Kirsten); and grandchildren Heather and Brad Jones; Chris (Crystal), Jackie, Dan, and Michelle Fuhs; and Devon and Chelsea Brown; and great-grandchildren Zachary and Olivia. Bob was a veteran of the Air Force and worked in the local community for many years with Sunbeam, Columbo, and Muzio bread companies. He was very involved in St. Anne's and St. Paul's Catholic Churches and the Knights of Columbus. He will be missed by many in our community and his family. Viewing will be held on July 20th, from 12 to 5 pm at Elk Grove Funeral Chapel, 9801 Elk Grove Blvd; a rosary and celebration of his life will follow at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 8720 Florin Road. The rosary will start at 6pm and the celebration of life at 7pm.
