| Passed away June 26, in Spokane Valley, WA. She was born on July 12, 1925, in Solmonville, AZ. She worked for the federal government in different capacities and enjoyed being busy, doing volunteer work, traveling, reading and working in her flower garden. Her family was very important to her. She liked to take time to give one-on-one attention to her nearby great-grandkids, Nick, Chris and Alicia Cooper, and always talked about wanting to do the same with her "far away grandkids." She was a member of Spokane Valley United Methodist Church, ABIGAIL, and Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by one sister, Wilma Nelson, five children, Mary Kay Patton, Spokane, WA, Steven Stonger, Spanaway, WA, Pamela Didway, Rancho Cordova, CA, Brian Stonger, Coos Bay, OR, and Joanne Siesker, Tucson, AZ, ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Maude Leming, and brothers Ray and George Leming. A memorial service will be held at a later time. |
