Feuerriegel, Myra

devoted wife and mother, age 95, of Prescott, Arizona passed away on May 30, 2009.
Myra was born in Globe, Arizona on August 26, 1913 to John and Zadie Lockway. She
was raised in the small mining town of Copper Hill, was a member of the Order of
Rainbow for Girls and graduated from Globe High School before her family moved to
Phoenix. In Phoenix, Myra went to work for the Vance (later Rainbo) bakery where she
met and married her husband of 71 years, the late Karl "Redhead" Feuerriegel of
Phoenix. During World War II, while Karl was assigned to the European Theater as a

demanding challenges as a military wife and mother which included frequent periods of
separation from her husband and innumerable household moves both within the states
and abroad. Following Karl's retirement from the Air Force in 1974, the couple returned
to Phoenix where they lived until they moved to Dewey, Arizona in 1987. Myra has
