JESUS LUGO
Jesus Moreno Lugo, 81, of Las Vegas, passed away May 28, 2009. He was born Aug.
12, 1927, in Scottsdale, Ariz., and was a 10-year resident of Nevada. Jesus was a
loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a
retired irrigation foreman out of southern California. He was a big fan of boxing and
loved to buy and sell cars. Jesus enjoyed life to the fullest and always loved being with
his family and friends. Jesus was preceded in death by his first beloved wife, Mercedes;
and his second wife, Maria. He is survived by his wife, Belen; sisters, Alicia, Christina
and Angelita; nine children, Margie, Jesus, Carmen, Danny, Rosie, Michael, Jesse,
Clara and Jose Juan; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Viewing and
services will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, June 4, at Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe, 633 N.
Seventh St., in Blythe, Calif. Cremation and burial will be Friday, June 5, at Blythe
Cemetery. Donations can be made to Carmen Lugo and family. Jesus will always be
remembered in our hearts and will be greatly missed.
