Mary Elizabeth Cramer passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, March 6th, 2009 at the age of 91. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 14th
at Evergreen Washelli, 18224 103rd Avenue NE, Bothell, WA 98011 . Born Mary
Elizabeth Brillhart on December 7, 1917 in Cherry Tree, PA along with her twin sister, Martha. Mary met Joe Cramer during their school years and they were married in 1937. Mary and Joe moved to the Pacific Northwest from Pennsylvania in 1946 and later settled on the Eastside where she lived the remaining years of her life. They raised two sons, Robert and Paul. Mary worked as a business manager at General Telephone until her retirement in 1973. She loved to travel, cook and collect American antiques and was a longtime member of the Kirkland Church of Christ. Mary was known for her warm and engaging personality and she never failed to show her gratitude to others for their kindnesses. Mary is survived by her husband Joe, grandchildren Robert Cramer, Mia Lucey, Debbie Slaybaugh, Douglas Cramer, Daniel Cramer, Jeff Cramer and Connie Cramer as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
