Kwiatt, Callie Avis Nov. 6, 1918 to April 16, 2010 Avis died at age 91 peacefully in her family home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Branson, Missouri, into the Rountree family. In 1931, she made a new home in San Diego where she married and raised her family. She graduated from Hoover High School with the class of 1938. In 1984, she was preceded in death by Alex, her husband of 44 years. She is survived by her children, Daniel Kwiatt, Dianne Jenson, Michael Kwiatt and Patrick Kwiatt; grandchildren, Dwayne, Darcie, Deborah, Rob, Melissa, Jill, Callie, Stasha, Laura, Alex and Calvin; and great-grandchildren, Jenson, Camryn, Ian, Karsten, Jaden, Blair, Caitlin, Rodney Lee, Breanna, Derrick, Jenna and Nathan. She shared her love with her family and friends and will be missed by many in the local community. Services will be on Saturday, May 1st, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Kieran Catholic Church, 1510 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon. Donations may be made to the Glaucoma Society.
