Is now rejoicing in the presence of her Savior, having passed away on January 7 with her husband at her side. She was born on December 19, 1926 in Los Angeles, CA. Rose, an incredible wife, mother, and oma, was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sister Elly Matthies, her husband Hermann, her 8 children: Peter, Paul, Philip, Becki (Schultz), Heide (Fitzgerald), John, Bill and Tim; and by 34 grandkids and 26 great-grandkids, with three more expected this year.
