Doris J. WILLIAMS
Born March 17, 1926 in Covina, CA, Doris passed away on December 30, 2008, in Bellingham after a short illness. After attending the University of California, Berkeley, she married and traveled the world as an Air Force wife and mother and settled in Bellevue. Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. Williams and her son Paul T. Williams. She is survived by her brother, Jack T. Chick; her sons, Ken, Floyd, Michael, Brian; and 11 grandchildren. In addition to being with her family, she enjoyed leading Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts and serving on a committee of the juvenile court program. Doris' hobbies included cooking, rock. Services will be held at the Sunset Memorial Chapel in Bellevue at 1:30pm on January 4, 2008. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial gifts to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Heart Association.
