Gene N. Metcalf
Gene N. Metcalf of Orting, Wash., died Nov. 17, 2008,	at age 88.
Gene Metcalf was born Oct. 6, 1920, in Hale, Mo., and School. He served 22 years in the Army Air Forces and War II and the Korean War. In 1942 he married Carolyn	graduated from Gresham High the Air Force, including in World Chapman; she died in 2006.
Survivors include his daughter, Bonita Wilson; son, Ronnie Echo; seven grandchildren
and 15 great-grandchildren.
