John "Jack" Delbruegge passed away Aug., 7, 2011, at age 77. Jack was born in St. Louis and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Jack was employed by HUD in Washington, D.C., and served as city manager at Lake Elsinore, Calif. He had a wonderful personality and was loved by all. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Ingledoh; sister, Marianne; and loving wife, Evelyn. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Mountain View Presbyterian Church, 8901 Del Webb Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mountain View Presbyterian Church.
