| Harris, John Wayne John Wayne Harris, 64, of Lake Tyee near Concrete, WA and Green Valley, AZ passed away in Tucson, AZ on May 5, 2011. John was born in Bisbee, AZ on December 6, 1946 to Ellard and Bonnie Jean Harris who were native residents of AZ. He graduated from Tempe High School. He served in the US Air Force for six years during the Vietnam War. Following his service, he moved to Washington State where he worked as a computer systems engineer for Boeing and HDR Engineering until an injury forced early retirement in 2005. In 1990 he married his beloved wife, Linda (Morrison). They shared their life together including their love of square dancing, music, and photography until Linda passed away in 2006. After Linda's passing, John became a "Snow Bird", splitting time between his beautiful home at Lake Tyee and his home in Green Valley, AZ. John was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda; and his parents, Ellard and Bonnie Jean Harris. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Ann Ordonez (AZ); step children, Rodney Morrison (Lisa), Scott Morrison (Ann) and Heather Earnheart (Brian); nephew, Glen Ordonez (Amy); niece, Janet Pedersen (Eric); nine grandkids, two great-grandkids; and two grand nephews. He leaves behind his precious Yorkies, Rascal and Mischief, that he and Linda adopted and loved for many years. Also left behind is his girlfriend, Patricia Holt, of AZ. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 10 at Zion Cemetery at the Little White Church on the Hill in Silvana, WA.
