World Champion Bareback Rider, bull rider, Canadian Champion 
Bareback Rider, softball champion, spectacular dancer, 
inspiration and friend to many, lover to one true soulmate Joyce, 
father to sons Gary Lee, Shawn and Chad (wife Linda), 
grandfather to Shane and Tristan.

G.W. lived fully, loved his family and soulmate Joyce deeply. 
Gave all of himself too willingly and asked little in return. G.W. 
and Joyce lived the rodeo cowboy life - were married to the 
music of "Lonesome Dove". Joyce, a professional singer, sang 
George Straits' "I Cross My Heart"; it is their love song.

Heart felt thanks to the community who joined in G.W.'s 
memorial on August 29, 2010. Any other memorials in G.W.
