Culbertson, Oleta O. (McCoy) Oleta O. Culbertson (McCoy), loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away on August 17, 2010. She was a native of Phoenix, Arizona born May 8, 1932 and graduated from North Phoenix High School in 1950. She married M.W. (Bill) Culbertson on April 5, 1952 and is survived by her 2 children Kathy Moeller of Payson, AZ and Steven Culbertson of Bruceton Mills, WV. She has 5 grandchildren, Robert, Kyann, Kori, Jillynn, and Kelli; 1 great granddaughter, Shire; 2 sisters Kathleen Hensley and Vera Temple. Her brother Donovan McCoy preceded her in death. Oleta met each day with a sense of humor and will be remembered for bringing laughter into the lives of her family and friends. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. At Oleta's request no services will be held.
